Hakone Freepass is a special sightseeing pass by Odakyu Electric Railway that allows visitors to enjoy Hakone at a reduced price.

Important: Hakone Freepass is valid for 2 consecutive days from the time and date of first entry. You must stay inside Hakone the whole 2 days to fully utilize the pass. No re-entry is allowed.

Where to buy Hakone Freepass?
You can get the Hakone Freepass at Changi Recommends, Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centre and Odakyu Line station ticket machines.
Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centre in Shinjuku Station is open from 8am – 6pm, year-round. English, Chinese and Korean-speaking staff are permanently available, Thái and Russian-speaking staff are available upon request.
Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centre in Odawara Station is open from 8.30am – 6pm, year-round. You can reach them at telephone number +81-465-24-4101 and fax number +81-465-24-4101. There are English-speaking staff permanently stationed there and phamphlets are available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Thai. Hakone Freepass pamphlets are also available in Spanish and French.
Fuji-Hakone Pass
Alternatively, you can get the Fuji-Hakone Pass which also covers the Fuji Five Lakes region in addition to Hakone. You can purchase Fuji-Hakone Pass at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centre in Shinjuku Station and Odawara Station. You can download the Fuji-Hakone Pass pamphlet here.
